About the Business
Training on the controls of powered wheelchairs and scooters will be given by a member of Luton Shopmobility staff. Advanced telephone booking will ensure that a wheelchair or scooter is available for use, please call us on. Luton Shopmobility is able, through the support of volunteer helpers, to offer a wheelchair pushing escort service for people with no other means of visiting the town centre.
The scheme also operates a service to those with impaired sight. Booking is essential if a volunteer is required for assistance. Luton Shopmobility provides a FREE service; however it does rely on financial support from its users to cover its running cost.
